My journey in hair styling began on the vibrant and dynamic King’s Road in Chelsea, where I trained in one of London’s top salons. It was here that I first discovered my passion for transforming hair and creating styles that enhance not only appearance but confidence. Working in such a fast-paced, trend-focused environment taught me the importance of precision, creativity, and the art of truly listening to clients to bring their vision to life.
Over the years, I had the privilege to work alongside some of the industry’s most acclaimed stylists, including DAR, whose expertise in editorial and session work inspired me to push my own creative boundaries. Assisting on photo shoots and projects for Asian TV, bridal publications, and fashion magazines, I gained hands-on experience with the precision and versatility that professional styling demands. These experiences were pivotal, helping me build a skill set rooted in high standards and refined technique.
After five years of exploring all that London’s diverse and bustling hair industry had to offer, I felt a calling to create something of my own. This was the beginning of *Hair By Georg*, a styling business dedicated to bringing bespoke, high-quality hair services to clients who value artistry and individuality. My mission is to provide a personalized approach to each client, taking the time to understand their style and personality so that every cut, colour, and style feels uniquely theirs.
