Booking Terms & Conditions
I will require a non-refundable booking fee of £50 to secure your date (if not already paid).
Please note that the booking fee is deductible from the final balance of your bridal hair package.
Your date will not be secured until payment is received.
I do apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, but I cannot hold a date without payment. Therefore, if someone else pays the booking fee for the same date, I will not be able to accommodate you.
To avoid any disappointments, I highly recommend paying the booking fee as soon as possible.
Once the quote and contract are agreed and signed, you will receive an email about the booking fee payment.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding the booking fee, please do not hesitate to contact me via email – in**@*********rg.com
The final balance is due 2 weeks prior to your wedding day unless discussed otherwise.
The final balance will be due 2 weeks before your wedding day unless discussed otherwise.
If you need to cancel, you must do so four weeks prior to the wedding date, otherwise the entire balance will be due.
If you’ve made a booking within four weeks of the wedding date, the full payment is required.
If you have a larger bridal party and feel that you would benefit from an extra pair of hands to assist you on your big day, I am happy to offer an assistant MUA. This optional service comes with an additional charge of £80+ which will be discussed with you during your consultation.
It’s important to note that the wedding quote itself does not include trials and is only applicable on the day. If you are planning a destination wedding, please be aware that additional costs such as hotel stay may apply. I always discuss any potential additional costs with clients before or during the trial to ensure full transparency and clarity throughout the booking process.
Every bride MUST have a trial before the wedding day.
While I highly recommend that brides have a trial, members of the rest of the wedding party can also benefit from having a trial if they wish to. This can be especially helpful for bridesmaids who want to coordinate their look with the bride’s. However, it is not necessary and ultimately up to each individual member of the wedding party.
